In 2023, Shenzhen Freshen Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences will cooperate to build a joint laboratory of perovskite photovoltaic equipment to create a technology development platform in the field of perovskite photoelectric materials and advanced equipment, mainly focusing on high-performance perovskite photovoltaic equipment and device preparation.
Facing the scientific frontier, in view of the outstanding problems such as the technical bottleneck of mass production of calcineite batteries, key test technology, key core equipment, system integration and application, give full play to the advantages of all parties in the consortium, and build a deep integration innovation system of "production, learning, research and use".
Build a high-level research and development test platform integrating basic research, common technology research and development, equipment integration, testing and certification, and industrial application, focusing on the major scientific and technological needs of China's photovoltaic industry technology upgrading and large-scale development, with the core goal of realizing efficient and low-cost mass production of calcyrtalite battery modules, and establishing and improving the mass production process route of China's calcyrtalite battery. The technology and equipment for the mass production of calcitrine batteries are leading in the international scope.
With Professor Yang Chunlei as the discipline leader, the laboratory has formed a reasonably structured and high-level academic team with professors and young doctors as the backbone and professionals in the fields of calcerite process research and development, precision mechanism and vision control as the main body through the introduction and hiring of visiting professors and part-time professors, receiving visiting scholars and conducting postgraduate projects. There are more than 30 full-time and part-time R&D personnel, including 3 professors, 1 senior engineer, 1 researcher, 1 senior experimenter and 5 doctors.
The total construction area of scientific research rooms is more than 1000 square meters, and the total value of equipment is more than 15 million yuan. With advanced instruments and equipment and superior research conditions, it has become a base for high-level personnel training, technology research and equipment development of calcareous ore.
